Contract Terms & Conditions


  1. The Client is of the opinion that theAvore Services has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Client.
  2. Avore Services is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Avore Services (individually the "Party" and collectively the "Parties" to this Agreement) agree as follows:


 Services Provided

  1. The Client hereby agrees to engage the Avore Services to provide the Client with the following service or services: (As per the confirmed services).
  2. The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on Avore Services hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Client.


 Term of Agreement

  1. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.



  1. The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.



  1. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement; all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in AED.


 Compensation / Payment

  1. Avore Services will charge the Client for the Services at the per hour agreed rate.
  2. Invoices submitted by Avore Services to the Client are to be paid upfront.
  3. Any Complementary Service will be offered and that will be adjusted in the middle of the package not before or at the end of the service.
  4. The Compensation as stated in this Agreement does not include sales tax, or other applicable duties as may be required by law. Any sales tax and duties required by law will be charged to the Client in addition to the Compensation.


 Refund Policy

  1. In case of any issue, where client wants to terminate the Monthly subscribed services then the refund will be processed at the On-Demand Rate criteria and Avore will charge hours as per the 35.00 AED per hour and remaining amount will be refunded.
  2. In case the refund amount is more than the 40% of the total amount then the refund will not be going to be processed, client needs to have services till the refund amount get below 40%.
  3. Refund will be processed in the 10 to 14 Business Days excluding Official Holidays, after the consent of the Both Parties (Client & Avore Services).



  1. In case the client changed their locations and then Avore will check the availability of the services in that particular area, in case of no service area, the Avore has right to Pause the services till further notice.
  2. And in this case scenario, in the process of continuous services, the service charges can be affected or get changed as per the availability to continue the services.



  1. Confidential information (the "Confidential Information") refers to any data or information relating to the business of the Client which would reasonably be considered to be proprietary to the Client including, but not limited to, accounting records, business processes, and client records and that is not generally known in the industry of the Client and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Client
  2. The Contractor agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which the Contractor has obtained, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this Agreement
  3. All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by the Client to the Contractor under this Agreement is Confidential Information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this Agreement or how it was provided to the Contractor.


 Return of Property

  1. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement; Avore Services will return to the Client any property, documentation; records, or Confidential Information which is the property of the Client.


 Emergency Scenario

  1. In case of any particular emergency issue, like Storm/Earthquakes/Special Personality Death/Official Area Lockdown, then Avore has all the rights to change the Date/Time of the Service for the client.
  2. In case, Maid has been dropped for the appointment at the residence of client, and client is not available in house and never informed the Avore CS team at-least 24 hours before the time of service, then that missed appointment will be count as done, and there will be no compensation or re-visit in this case scenario.
  3. In case of any possible Emergency at office, and Avore has to close down the operations for the Further Notice then Avore is responsible for the completion of the Services, but allowed to change the Time/Day of the service to accommodate client.


 Capacity/Independent Contractor

  1. In providing the Services under this Agreement it is expressly agreed that the Avore Services is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee. Avore Services and the Client acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them, and is exclusively a contract for service. The Client is not required to pay, or make any contributions to, any social security, local, state or federal tax, unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation, insurance premium, profit-sharing, pension or any other employee benefit for Avore Services during the Term. Avore Services is responsible for paying, and complying with reporting requirements for, all local, state and federal taxes related to payments made to Avore Services under this Agreement.


Right of Substitution

  1. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Avore Services may, at the Contractors absolute discretion, engage a third-party sub-contractor to perform some or all of the obligations of Avore Service under this Agreement and the Client will not hire or engage any third parties to assist with the provision of the Services.
  2. In the event that Avore Services hires a Sub-contractor:
    • Avore Services will pay the Sub-contractor for its services and the Compensation will remain payable by the Client to Avore Services.
    • for the purposes of the indemnification clause of this Agreement, the sub-contractor is an agent of the Avore Services.
    • The client must not engage with the Sub-Contractor directly, or Avore Services has the right to terminate the contract on the immediate basis without any reimbursement.



  1. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Avore Services will have full control over working time, methods, and decision making in relation to provision of the Services in accordance with the Agreement – Avore Services will work autonomously and not at the direction of the Client. However, Avore will be responsive to the reasonable needs and concerns of the Client.


No Exclusivity

  1. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is non-exclusive and that either Party will be free, during and after the Term, to engage or contract with third parties for the provision of services similar to the Services.


Modification of Agreement

  1. Any amendment or modification of this Agreement or additional obligation assumed by either Party in connection with this Agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing signed by each Party or an authorized representative of each Party.


Time of the Essence

  1. Time is of the essence in this Agreement. No extension or variation of this Agreement will operate as a waiver of this provision.


Service on Halt

  1. If the client asks the Avore CS team to halt the services, then client has all the power to #Pause their monthly services till the maximum Span of time of 4 weeks, as the Total span of time to complete this contract is 2 months.


Entire Agreement

  1. It is agreed that there is no representation, warranty, collateral agreement or condition affecting this Agreement except as expressly provided in this Agreement.


Government Law

  1. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.



In case of any complain from the client side about the Maid and her provided service, that will be verified and judged from the available Customer Support Desk (Working Hours: Monday till Saturday - 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM & Sundays - 12:00 PM to 05:00 PM).
And resolution time on every crucial issue can take at-least 24 to 48 hours.
Moreover in case of any repeated issues the complaint will be transferred to the Managerial Department of CS Team and they have already been in loop for any big or small issue.
